The images of the eVX prototype gave us an idea of its size, which seems to be similar to the Grand Vitara compact SUV. Though draped in camouflage, it gets a closed-off grille and funky styled headlamps. You can also notice the bumpers getting an airdam and a skid plate that give a dash of ruggedness. You can also clearly notice the rear profile, which should have connected LED taillights and a chunky rear bumper with a skid plate.

The eVX will be Maruti Suzuki’s first all-electric SUV in India, and we expect it to make its debut sometime in 2025. It is suspected to be priced around Rs 25 lakh (ex-showroom) and it rival the likes of MG ZS EV, while being a premium alternative to the Tata Nexon EV Long Range and the Mahindra XUV 400.
