Skoda has revealed the first interior sketch of its latest concept, the all-electric Vision 7S. It’s the first model to be based on the carmaker’s new design language and previews what the Czech brand’s future seven-seater electric vehicle’s interior would look like. FYI, Skoda has previously used the same ‘Vision S’ name for a large three-row SUV, which is known today as the Kodiaq.
The Vision 7S being a Skoda, gets a practical interior with plentiful ‘Simply Clever’ touches. Skoda says the dashboard which extends to the doors amplifies the space in the cabin. Ambient lighting is present across various parts of the cabin, which not only makes the interior look cool, but shows the charging status as well.

Haptic and digital controls are the major ways to interact with the vehicle’s features and to make it easier to operate the touchscreen infotainment system, Skoda has placed the armrest at a convenient height. But, the highlight is the central position of the child seat in the lower central console, which Skoda says is the safest place in the vehicle. Simply Clever indeed!
The interior is also flexible and can be adjusted two ways: driving and relaxing. The former ensures that all controls are set in their ideal position and the central screen is aligned towards the driver with all important info. On the other hand, in relax mode, the first and second row seats move backward while the steering wheel and digital driver display slide forward for a more comfortable seating during charging or well… relaxing.
Skoda says the Vision 7S will boast plenty of reused plastic and sustainable materials. More details about this electric vehicle will arrive as time pases by. So, stay tuned.
