Tata Motors has slashed prices of two of its best selling EVs, the Tiago EV and Nexon EV, by up to Rs 1.2 lakh. Tata attributes the price reduction to a decrease in the cost of battery technology. That said, the recently launched Punch EV and the Tigor EV do not see any price revisions, which is noteworthy especially for the former considering its introductory pricing factor in the reduced cost for the battery.
