Tesla fans, are you there? Well, if you have been a fan of this brand that manages to make some really cool and hi-fi electric cars, there is some good news for you. The American company is brewing not one, but two new electric cars that have been teased at its Annual Investor meeting that was held at Austin, Texas.
What’s more? The company’s CEO, Elon Musk, has already reported to international media that one of them is already under development. Now, details about these two cars are still in the nascent stages. However, the teaser image (placed above) seems to be the profile of a crossover, so our fingers are crossed on that.
It must be noted that during one of the previous press conferences, the American electric carmaker, while displaying its portfolio on the screen, had two models under wraps. One had the silhouette of a van while the other seemed like a hatchback. And considering that the carmaker’s existing portfolio already caters to the premium segment, these are likely to be more affordable models.
But all of this is speculation and it can be put to rest as time passes by. When they are expected to make their first appearance is also another question mark. But considering that Musk said one of them is under development, we expect its wraps to come off sooner than later. Apart from this, internationally, Tesla is also working on a refresh for the Model 3 sedan and is busy winter testing the Cybertruck before its production commences and customer deliveries begin.
