The VF9 is a three-row SUV that has been showcased at the Auto Expo 2025 and could possibly be launched in the future. It has modern styling, a premium cabin, and a large battery pack offering an impressive range!

Design-wise, the VF9 looks elegant and stylish! The bumper and the headlights have a clean and sleek look, with the signature VinFast logo running across the width of the front end. It comes with striking alloy wheels, body cladding and roof rails to accentuate the SUV stance.
The long SUV measures over 5.1 metres in length, has a wheelbase of over 3.1 metres and a ground clearance of up to 183.5 mm. The rear sports connected LED tail lights that add a sleek look and also visually enhance the width of the SUV. You get “VinFast” lettering in the middle and some sporty design elements including a shark fin antenna and a roof-mounted spoiler.
The VF9’s interior is made up of premium vegan leather that feels top-notch in terms of quality. The large 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system takes centre stage and is positioned above the horizontal AC vents that look sleek. A premium dual-tone scheme can be seen throughout the cabin and you also get several streaks of tastefully curated ambient lighting that further elevates the appeal of the cabin.
Apart from the large centre screen, you get amenities like a panoramic glass roof, ventilated and powered seats, 11 airbags, auto park, multiple zones of climate control, multi-colour ambient lighting, connected car tech features and a suite of ADAS features.
The VF9 gets a large 123 kWh battery which is coupled with dual motors to churn out up to 408 PS. It supports fast charging and is capable of charging from 10 to 70 percent in just 35 minutes. The SUV offers up to 531 km of claimed range. It is capable of going from 0-100 kmph in just 6.6 seconds.
The VF9 is expected to be priced at around Rs 65 lakh (ex-showroom). If launched in India, it will be a much more affordable alternative to the Kia EV9 and an electric alternative to the likes of the Toyota Fortuner, Jeep Meridian and MG Gloster.
