For 2022, Yamaha reintroduced the Aerox 155 in its Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP colours, inspired by Yamaha’s factory racing YZR-M1 ridden by Fabio Quartararo and Franco Morbidelli, and is pricing it at Rs 1,41,300 (ex-showroom Delhi).
Essentially painted in an all-black base coat with MotoGP liveries on the bodywork, the special edition Aerox 155 costs Rs 2,000 more than the standard colours. You will find ‘Monster Energy’ stickered on the visor, apron and mudguard standing out more prominently, giving it a very sporty look. That said, mechanically, this MotoGP Aerox 155 remains unchanged under the sporty skin and will be sold across Yamaha’s flagship ‘Blue Square’ dealerships.

The Aerox 155 is a refreshing breath of air in the world of scooters in India, which is traditionally dominated by conservative designs. Its 155cc liquid-cooled motor is exciting to say the least and as Jehan says, it’ll make a great ride to take to the Bharat GP next year.
