The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar facelift has been launched in India at Rs 14.99 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom). It has been upgraded both inside and out, and is well-equipped with a host of premium features. Bookings are open for the SUV which is available in both 6- and 7-seater configurations. In this article we have detailed the facelifted Alcazar using 10 real life images:
Hyundai has given the facelifted Alcazar a proper upgrade in terms of exterior design. The fascia features connected LED DRLs which get an H-shaped signature. Below the connected lights is the new grille which is larger and flanked by LED projector headlamps. It also gets a restyled bumper and a chunky looking silver skid plate. Overall, it looks much bolder and bulkier now compared to the pre-facelift model.
In profile, it sits on redesigned 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels which look sporty. While the silhouette remains identical to the previous model, the new one misses out on the side step which means you will have to hop in and ingress and egress will not be as convenient. It gets a silver cladding for the sides as well which complements the sporty look of the SUV.
Coming to the rear, it sports connected LED tail lamps with a similar H-shaped design as the front, and a more aggressively styled bumper with a silver skid plate which looks bigger and is now rectangular. The dual-tip exhaust system has been retained from the older model and the roof spoiler has been tweaked slightly which now houses longer brake lights.

The facelifted model of the Alcazar boasts a more premium looking cabin over the outgoing model. The dashboard features dual integrated screens and a new panel for the dual-zone climate control.
The Alcazar facelift is available in both 6- and 7-seater configurations. The 6-seater configuration comes with captain seats which offers individual armrests for both second row passengers.

Safety features include level-2 ADAS, ABS with EBD, six airbags, a 360-degree camera with a blind view monitor, front and rear parking sensors, electronic stability control (ESC), and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
Under the hood, the Alcazar facelift is powered by the same engine options as the outgoing version. These options include a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol which makes 160 PS and 253 Nm and a 1.5-litre diesel engine which churns out 116 PS and 250 Nm. Transmission options include a standard 6-speed manual, a 6-speed torque converter for the diesel and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission for the turbo-petrol unit.
