Noticeably, the Skoda Kodiaq fares as a larger vehicle when compared to the Nissan X-Trail by being longer, wider and even has a longer wheelbase. Both these SUVs are available in a single-engine option as mentioned in the table above. While the X-Trail is available with a 1.5-litre powertrain, the Kodiaq gets a larger 2-litre turbocharged unit with more performance on offer.
