2024 TVS Jupiter 110 Launch Date Revealed

TVS has sent us a media invite, revealing what we believe will be the 2024 TVS Jupiter 110 launch. The 110cc family scooter is going to be launched on August 22, 2024, with the visual launch starting at 12:05 pm. Earlier, we received a pre-launch ride invite from the brand as well with the first ride set to take place on August 19th, 2024. 

Both the teasers feature what seems to be the scooter’s apron-mounted LED DRL (daytime running lights). We think that it is going to be the Jupiter 110 update as the scooter hasn’t been updated for a while and TVS may launch it in an all-new avatar.

The TVS Jupiter 110 is the brand’s highest-selling product and is the second best-selling scooter in India after the Honda Activa 6G. However, the Jupiter 110 hasn’t received any major design updates since its launch and is expected to receive one soon.

TVS is likely to update the scooter with a newly designed headlight and tail light, likely to be LED. The scooter may also get an LED DRL, which is featured in the teaser. These updates will provide the TVS Jupiter 110 a refreshed look and new features which will help the scooter go up strongly against the competition.

Currently, the TVS Jupiter 110 is powered by a 109.7cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces a peak output of 7.77PS at 7500rpm and 8.8Nm at 5500rpm, paired with a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). 

The TVS Jupiter 110 is priced starting at Rs 73,650 for the SMW variant, with the top-end Classic variant costing Rs 90,573. It competes with other 110cc family scooters like the Honda Activa 6G, Hero Pleasure, and the slightly sportier Hero Xoom 110.
