The 2025 Honda Activa has been launched in India, and it now replaces the Honda Activa 6G. Now you might be wondering, how does the new 2025 Honda Activa differ when compared to the Activa 6G. In this article we will be going over all the differences between both the scooters.
The 2025 Honda Activa now gets a TFT console, which offers regular readouts like speed, fuel level, tachometer readouts, along with odometer and trip meter readouts. The console has a clean layout, with a white background. It also offers smartphone connectivity and related features.
Customers can get turn-by-turn navigation and call/SMS alerts as well, which has now made the scooter a lot more competitive compared to its rivals. One of the biggest problems many had with the Activa was the lack of features. With this update, Honda has managed to address this issue quite well.
The 2025 update has also made the engine OBD-2B emissions compliant. Other than this, the bike’s engine remains unchanged. It is still powered by the same 109.51cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine which produces 7.9PS and 9.05Nm.
Other than the addition of the new console and the engine compliance with OBD-2B emission norms, the scooter remains unchanged. It is still suspended on a telescopic fork and single-sided shock absorber.
It rolls on a 12-inch front and 10-inch rear alloy wheel setup. Braking duties are handled by a 130mm drum setup at both ends.
The 2025 Activa goes up against other 110cc family-oriented scooters like the TVS Jupiter 110. That said, the 2025 Activa was supposed to be called the Honda Activa 7G but now Honda has dropped the G moniker from the Activa name.
