Ather Energy launches Over The Air Navigation Updates For The Ather 450X

Ather Energy has released an Over-The-Air (OTA) software update for its flagship electric scooter, the Ather 450X. The new update comes with an improved navigation experience and features two-wheeler-specific ride routes, enhanced live traffic indicators and improved GPS connection. 

Here are the key highlights of the OTA navigation updates: 

• Enhanced live traffic indicators: Ather has redesigned the live traffic indicators that provide the riders with a real-time view of traffic conditions on their route.

• Two-wheeler-specific routes in collaboration with Google Maps: The Ather has partnered with Google Maps to provide two-wheeler-specific routes directly on the scooter’s dashboard.

• Improved GPS latching: This update will ensure an instant connection as soon as the scooter is powered on. 

The latest software update is expected to reach all Ather 450X scooters across the nation by the end of January 2024. Ather promises that the new update will make navigation easier, quicker and more seamless.
