Bajaj Bikes Expected At The Auto Expo 2025

Bajaj Auto is going to be present at the Auto Expo 2025. We expect the manufacturer to showcase its existing bikes and unveil its upcoming bikes at the event as well. The Auto Expo will be held under the Bharat Mobility Expo from January 17 to January 22, 2025, at the Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.

Here’s a list of which Bajaj bikes are likely to be showcased at the Auto Expo 2025 this time:

1. 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200

Bajaj Auto has updated its only fully faired bike after a decade. The 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 has been launched in the Indian market with a few small design tweaks. The bike could be showcased at the Auto Expo. It gets new and updated features, thanks to the new fully LCD instrument console smartphone connectivity from the Bajaj Pulsar NS200. 

The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 continues to be powered by a 199.5cc, single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine making 24.5PS and 18.7Nm, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The bike finally gets a slip-and-assist clutch and three ride modes: Rain, Road and Off-Road.

2. Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG Bike (base-variant)

Bajaj launched the Freedom 125 CNG bike in July 2024. However, only the top NG04 Disc LED variant has been available in the market since then. We haven’t seen the base NG04 Drum and the mid NG04 Drum LED variants yet. However, the manufacturer is expected to showcase these variants at the Auto Expo this time. 

The base Bajaj Freedom 125 NG04 Drum gets a 130mm drum brake at the front and a 110mm rear drum brake. It features a halogen headlight, a smaller LCD instrument console without connectivity features, and thinner 80-section tubeless tyres on both ends. On the other hand, the mid-spec NG04 Drum LED variant gets an LED headlight, the same small LCD console as the base variant, 130mm drum brakes on both ends along with 90-section front and 120-section rear tubeless tyres. Moreover, Bajaj might also unveil a new variant of the CNG bike.

3. Bajaj Pulsar NS160 Flex Fuel

The Bajaj Pulsar NS160 Flex Fuel bike was showcased earlier at the India Bio-Energy & Tech (IBET) Expo 2024, which was held in New Delhi. The ethanol-powered Pulsar NS160 runs on E100 fuel, which is a 93.5 percent ethanol and petrol mixed fuel.

The standard petrol-powered Pulsar NS160 has a 160.3cc air/oil-cooled engine that produces 17.2PS and 14.6Nm. The flex fuel NS160 is expected to deliver a similar output as well. However, it could be less fuel-efficient than the standard bike. But, ethanol being much cheaper than petrol would make up for it.
