Bajaj recently launched the dual channel ABS variant of the Pulsar F250 in a new all-black colour scheme. Here is how the quarter-litre faired bike from the Pune-based bikemaker looks up close in images.

The Bajaj Pulsar F250 continues to get a sharp and aggressive body design with fluidic styling elements. What’s new is the all-black colour scheme called the Brooklyn Black. The new paintscheme gets sporty red-and-white graphics on the body, increasing the overall stealthy appeal of the motorcycle. It also gets jet black alloy wheels, with red and white stripes.

Powering the Pulsar F250 is the same 249.07cc, single-cylinder, air-oil-cooled engine churning out 24.5PS and 21.5Nm. It is paired to a five-speed gearbox and comes equipped with an assist and slipper clutch.

The underpinnings of the all-black variant stay the same as the standard one – a telescopic fork and a monoshock and discs at both ends for braking. However, the new variant does come with the safety net of dual-channel ABS.

The feature list on the Pulsar F250 includes a multifunction digital instrument cluster with mileage and range readout, gear position indicator, tank-mounted USB port and an all-LED lighting system with an LED projector headlight.

The Bajaj Pulsar F250 retails at Rs 1,49,978 (ex-showroom Delhi), commanding Rs 5,000 premium over the standard variants. With dual-channel ABS, the Pulsar F250 is more wholesome than before and takes the fight to KTM 250 Duke, Suzuki Gixxer 250, Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, Yamaha FZ-25 and Yamaha FZ-S 25.
