A Pulsar soaked in black is not just another colour option, it’s tradition. Following in the footsteps of iconic ‘fear the black’ editions of the past, the new Pulsar 250s are all set to wear the garb of darkness once again. Bajaj is choosing to call this the ‘Eclipse Edition’.
Currently, Bajaj offers both the Pulsar N250 and F250 in three colour options- Caribbean Blue, Racing Red and Techno Grey. Adding a black would complete the shade card for the Pulsar moniker as these have traditionally been the colours offered on all Pulsar of the past.
That said, for the Eclipse Edition we suspect the Bajaj will not only mask the Pulsars in all black, but also throw in slivers of white to accentuate the sporty look of both motorcycles. The same routine was followed with the Pulsar RS 200, but instead of white, it got shades of red to highlight a more demon-like look.
Currently, all three shades of the Pulsar are sold at the same retail price of Rs 1,44,979 and Rs 1,43,680(ex-showroom Delhi) for the Pulsar F250 and N250 respectively. However, we suspect that the Eclipse Edition could command a premium of Rs 1,500 over the current options.
