BREAKING: 2025 KTM Adventure Range Unveiled In India

KTM has unveiled the 2025 Adventure motorcycles in India. The much-awaited range consists of 3 bikes: 390 Adventure, 390 Adventure X and 250 Adventure. Let’s have a look at all the motorcycles launched. 

2025 KTM 390 Adventure 

The KTM 390 Adventure has been been unveiled in India.  Earlier called the 390 Adventure S, KTM has dropped the 'S' from the name and it is now called the 'KTM 390 Adventure'. It gets an all-new design language which resembles the Dakar Rally bikes. Available in 2 colour schemes: White and Orange, the 390 Adventure looks smashing. It is powered by the same engine as the 3rd generation 390 Duke and makes 44.86PS and 39Nm, and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch and a bi-directional quickshifter. 

In terms of features, the 390 Adventure gets a 5-inch TFT display that can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth and allows for turn-by-turn navigation, call & SMS alerts, and music control. It also has additional features such as 3 riding modes (Rain, Road and Offroad), dual-channel ABS which can be switched off for the rear wheel, cornering traction control which can also be switched off, cornering ABS, and cruise control. 

The 390 Adventure has an inverted telescopic fork with compression and rebound adjustability, and a preload & rebound adjustable monoshock with 200mm suspension travel at both ends.  Braking is handled by disc brakes at both ends mounted on a 21-inch front and 17-inch rear tubeless spoke wheels. The motorcycle has a ground clearance of 232mm and a seat height of 835mm. It has a 14-litre fuel tank and weighs in at 183kg kerb.

2025 KTM 390 Adventure X

The KTM 390 Adventure X is based on the same platform as the 390 Adventure. It gets the same overall design but comes in 2 new paint scheme: Orange and White. The 390 Adventure X shares the same engine as the 390 Adventure but gets a few changes in the underpinnings. It gets an inverted telescopic fork which is non-adjustable and a preload-adjustable monoshock. The suspension travel on both ends is 200mm. Brakes remain the same but are mounted on a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear alloy wheels. The ground clearance is 232mm and the seat height has reduced as well and is 825mm compared to the 390 Adventure. The bike is lighter than the 390 Adventure, has a fuel tank capacity of 14 litres and weighs 182kg kerb.  

On the features front, the 390 Adventure X gets an TFT instrument cluster as well which supports smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth and allows for call & SMS alerts and turn-by-turn navigation. The 390 ADV X gets dual-channel ABS which is switchable for the rear wheel and an offroad mode which also switches off traction control.  

2025 KTM 250 Adventure

The 2025 KTM 250 Adventure has been unveiled in India. It shares the same design language and chassis as the 390 Adventure bikes. The 250 Adventure is available in 2 colour schemes: Orange and White. It is powered by the same engine as the 250 Duke, and makes 31PS and 25Nm, and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. 

It gets an inverted telescopic fork with 200mm of suspension travel and a preload-adjustable monoshock with 200mm of suspension travel. The bike has a ground clearance of 232mm and a seat height of 825mm. It gets a 14-litre fuel tank as well and weighs in at 177kg kerb. The bike has a 320mm disc brake at the front and 240mm disc at the rear mounted on a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear alloy wheels. 

In terms of features, it gets a TFT instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth which allows for turn-by-turn navigation, call & SMS alerts and music control. The bike has an USB-C charging port and dual-channel ABS which is switchable for the rear wheel 

Rivals

The KTM 390 Adventure and the 390 Adventure X goes against the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 in India while the 250 Adventure goes against the Suzuki V-Strom SX and the Yezdi Adventure in India.
