An action packed week this one, with news coming from all over, had us gasping for breath. We aren’t here to complain but outline everything on four wheels that made the headlines the past week.
Here are eight handpicked four-wheeler events that unfolded the past week:
Toyota launched the CNG variants of the Glanza along with the announcement of a CNG kit for the Hyryder. While all the information corresponding to the Glanza’s CNG variants has been released and can be found here, Toyota didn’t divulge prices for the Hyryder CNG yet.
The Mahindra 5-door Thar has been spotted on test numerous times now, but this spied leak gives us the clearest look at the upcoming SUV yet. Check out our piece on the SUV to know details about its rear design and other styling changes.

Thanks to the latest spy shots, we’ve got our first look at the Toyota Innova Hycross without any camouflage. The new generation MPV’s debut in India is scheduled for November 25, and it will coexist with the current Innova Crysta in Toyota’s lineup.
Going into 2023, Skoda is planning to update the models it launched under the India 2.0 project, namely the Slavia and Kushaq. The MY23 updates could include feature additions and variant rejigs to help the marque keep this year’s momentum going.

Initially, Jeep had confirmed the launch of the Grand Cherokee in India on November 11, but that date was later pushed ahead without any reason being cited. Bookings for the flagship SUV are underway, and local assembly has commenced.
Ever since the launch of the Maruti Brezza, the Toyota Urban Cruiser, which is a rebadged previous-gen Vitara Brezza, has been on shelves with no updates on the way. Hence, Toyota has pulled the plug on the sub-4m SUV, and a replacement is unlikely to come anytime soon.

Audi launched a Special Edition for the Q5 based on the SUV’s Technology trim. Priced at Rs 67.05 lakh, the SUV gets a bunch of styling updates and special prices for Audi accessories, all of which have been detailed in our article.
The angriest SUV in Lamborghini’s garage, the Urus Performante, has been confirmed for a launch in India on this date. It is the same Urus iteration that triumphed at the Pikes Peak Hill Climb in the US with a record-breaking time of 10 minutes and 32 seconds.
