While multiple automobile companies are slashing prices during the festive season, Citroen has silently hiked the asking price of its first and sole offering in India, the C5 Aircross. Here are the latest prices:

The ‘Feel’ trim has been the most affected, with prices of both its monotone and dual-tone versions going up by Rs 1 lakh. The top-spec Shine is now dearer by Rs 50,000.
The SUV is offered in four colors: Pearl White, Cumulus Grey, Tijuca Blue, and Perla Nera Black. The first three colors are also available in dual-tone options. Features include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, seats with memory foam, a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, a powered electric tailgate, a panoramic sunroof, an air purifier, and three individually adjustable rear seats. Safety kit includes six airbags, ABS with EBD, blindspot monitoring, electric parking brake, a reverse camera, and a grip control system with five modes.
Powering the C5 Aircross SUV is a 177PS 2-litre diesel engine paired with an 8-speed automatic. The SUV features a Progressive Hydraulic Cushion suspension system claimed to offer a more comfortable ride. You can learn more about it in our first drive review.
