The new Citroen C3 is set to go on sale on July 20 as the second product from the French carmaker. To ensure that its mass-market hatchback has a strong reach and support, Citroen is expanding its La Maison dealership network from 10 to 19 cities across the country. Pre-launch bookings for the C3 will begin on July 1.
Citroen debuted its first vehicle for India, the C5 Aircross SUV, just last year, offering it at 11 dealerships in the country across major cities such as the national capital, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.
This year, the carmaker is on its way to cover nine more cities including Jaipur, Vizag, Nagpur, Surat, Lucknow and Calicut. All these dealerships will follow the “La Maison” theme with state of the art 3D configurators and a “Phygital” user experience.
The Citroen C3 will be available with 1.2-litre naturally aspirated (NA) and turbo-petrol powertrains, paired with manual transmissions at launch. It’ll be equipped with features such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, keyless entry and steering-mounted audio controls.
