Aprilia turned with a bunch of new and updated motorcycles at EICMA 2024 like the new Tuono 457, RS 660, RSV4 and more. Here’s a look at them in detail:
The Aprilia Tuono 457 was unveiled at EICMA 2024. It is a naked version of the RS 457 and gets a completely redesigned front-end with a split-LED headlight setup and a small spoiler underneath it. The muscular fuel tank along with the tank shrouds should give it a good road presence. The streetfighter is powered by the same 457cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin cylinder engine found in the RS 457.
The updated Aprilia RS 660 and RS 660 Factory were unveiled at EICMA 2024. The front-end along with the fairing has been completely redesigned. Both bikes now get winglets underneath the dual-LED headlight setup, inspired by the Italian manufacturer’s MotoGP bike. The bikes also got updates in the features department like a bigger 5-inch TFT instrument console along with new rider aids such as launch control. The 660cc, twin-cylinder engine now produces 105PS, 5PS more compared to the current model on sale.
The 2025 Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory has received cosmetic, mechanical and electronic updates. The bike has received subtle design tweaks here and there and the exhaust system is different as well. The suspension setup now consists of a fully adjustable 43mm Ohlins NIX 30 fork and an Ohlins STX 46 monoshock. Like the RS 660 Factory, the Tuono has received a larger 5-inch TFT console and the engine now produces 105PS.

The Aprilia RSV4 and RSV4 Factory were also updated for 2025 with a redesigned front-end and fairing along with winglets underneath the headlight. Both bikes now get Brembo Hypure braking callipers which are lighter than the Stylemas seen on the previous model. The 1,099cc, V4 engine now produces 220PS at 13,100rpm and 125Nm at 10,800 rpm. In the features department, both get a larger 5-inch TFT instrument console with new backlit switchgear.
The Tuono V4 and Tuono V4 Factory have received the same updates for 2025 as the RSV4 and RSV4 Factory. The winglets along with the larger console with the backlit switchgear and more powerful V4 engine have been added to the naked bikes as well.
The new Aprilia Tuareg Rally is based on the 2024 Africa Eco Race winning rally bike. The 659cc, parallel-twin engine has received a new ECU and 52mm throttle bodies and Aprilia says that the throttle response is more aggressive now. Ergonomics have changed with a 20mm more seat height and a taller handlebar. The KYB inverted fork offers 240mm of wheel travel and the ADV has become lighter from 204kg to 199kg.
