Hero MotoCorp has revealed the final prices of the Hero Karizma XMR, and it is not too pricey compared to the introductory amount.
Hero brought back the legendary Karizma moniker in an all-new avatar and launched it with an introductory price of Rs 1,72,900, which is valid till September 30th. And starting October 1st, the Karizma XMR will come bearing a price tag of Rs 1,79,900 (both prices ex-showroom Delhi), a Rs 7,000 price hike.
Powering the Karizma XMR is an all-new 210cc DOHC liquid-cooled engine making 25.5PS and 20.4Nm, and if you want to know how the bike feels to ride, check out our review here. Oh, and here’s how different the new and the OG Karizma’s are.
In the entry-level sporty bike segment, the Hero Karizma XMR is Rs 1,800 more affordable than the Yamaha R15 V4 (Rs 1,81,700), and Rs 7,542 more expensive than the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 (Rs 1,72,358). Now the more interesting bit here is that it gets a bigger and more powerful engine than both its competitors, and not to mention a lot more features as well.
While the Karizma boasts modernity, enhanced power, and a plethora of features, the real-world comparison against its rivals remains a topic of exploration. We are eagerly looking forward to uncovering this aspect in the near future, so keep a close watch on ZigWheels for updates.
