Hero Rides In With A Greener & Snazzier HF Deluxe

For 2023, Hero has launched the updated HF Deluxe, making it greener and cleaner, and given it a bunch of new colours too. The commuter is now Rs 60,760 (ex-showroom Delhi), which is Rs 770 more than the previous model. Here’s the variant-wise price list:

While the design of the bike is the same as before, with  simple, classy lines and on-point commuter styling, the new shades bring a fresher appeal. It is now available in Nexus Blue, Candy Blazing Red, Black with Sports Red, and Heavy Grey with Black, which get slightly sporty graphics. That’s not all, the HF Deluxe also gets a Canvas Black Edition (full black) colour scheme, which looks quite stealthy, and is similar to the Hero Splendor Plus.

Powering the HF Deluxe is the same 97.2cc engine that makes 8.02PS and 8.05Nm. However, it is now BS6.2 compliant, and comes equipped with OBD-2 (on board diagnostics system).

Lastly, the update brings a bunch of nifty features to the commuter including a USB charger as an optional add-on. It gets a toe guard on the brake pedal, a structure thato prevents your shoe from touching the engine. And making it an even more attractive buy is the standard five-year warranty as well as five free services.

The rest of the bike remains unchanged. The Hero HF Deluxe rivals the Bajaj Platina 100 and Shine 100 in the 100cc commuter segment.
