It is important to note that the discounts are offered on limited stocks of all 5 bikes. So if the stocks get over before December 31, 2024 you might not be able to get the bike at a discounted price.
With these discounts, all 5 bikes are now more attractive proportions. The Kawasaki Z900 is the best deal out of the 5 in our opinion as it is the most affordable in-line 4 superbike in India. With this discount, the bike has become even more affordable.
But overall, the other offerings listed are still a bit more expensive than their rivals. The Kawasaki Ninja 500 is a good example. The bike is offered at an ex-showroom price of Rs 5,24,000 which makes it more expensive than the Aprilia RS 457 by Rs 1,14,000.
The Aprilia RS 457 also offers a lot more features and electronic riding aids, along with better underpinnings than the Ninja 500. At the same time it is also a lot cheaper.
We had recently ridden the Ninja 500 and were really impressed with the performance. But our biggest gripe was and still is the pricing. Even with this discount of Rs 15,000, the bike is still way too expensive for what it offers.
