Prices of a few variants like the MX3 Pro turbo-petrol have not been hiked.
Maximum hike of Rs 30,000 can be seen for the base-spec and top-spec variants of the turbo-petrol engine.
Diesel variants have received the minimum price bump of Rs 10,000 for a few variants, while prices for other variants have remained the same.
Prices for the entry-level variants of the more powerful turbo-petrol engine have gone up by Rs 25,000.
The facelifted XUV 3XO came with plenty of design revisions over the outgoing model. The fascia was redesigned with new headlights and DRLs, while the rear jumped on the bandwagon of connected tail light setup. There were changes to its cabin too, including a redesigned dashboard and fresh leatherette upholstery, both of which are similar to those on the XUV400. Moving beyond the design, the 3XO also got new features, a few of them being segment-firsts like the panoramic sunroof. Its top creature comforts now include a 10.25-inch infotainment screen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 7-speaker Harman/Kardon sound system, connected car tech, 10.25-inch driver’s display, dual-zone climate control, keyless entry, push-button start/stop, and wireless phone charging.
It also received Level-2 ADAS along with other usual safety equipment like 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, 360-degree camera, electronic stability control, 3-point seatbelts with reminder for all occupants, and ISOFIX child seat mounts.
The 3XO gets three engine options: a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine generating 111 PS, a 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol engine producing 130 PS, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine making 117 PS. All three are available with a 6-speed MT as standard, while a 6-speed automatic torque converter is available for the petrol variants and an 6-speed AMT gearbox can be had with the diesel variants.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO is a rival to Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Maruti Fronx, and Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor.
