2024 Mahindra XUV300 facelift cabin spied with fresh changes.
Gets a larger floating touchscreen infotainment system along with redesigned HVAC panel.
Expected new features include a 360-degree camera, wireless phone charger and even ventilated front seats.
Existing turbo-petrol and diesel engine options should be carried forward.
Launch is expected sometime in 2024.
The Mahindra XUV300 facelift is amidst its testing phase, which keeps churning out spy shots from time to time. A new one has emerged, spilling details about what we can expect from the updated cabin, which seems to get more than just a styling overhaul. So without any further ado, let’s take a look at what the new spy shots reveal:
Now, we already knew that the XUV300 facelift will be getting a redesigned dashboard, thanks to spy shots that surfaced earlier. But those spy shots revealed a design layout for the HVAC controls which was similar to the outgoing model’s styling.
But it seems like things have changed since then, as the new spy shot reveals a completely redesigned central console, comprising the newer, bigger infotainment system along with the revised controls for the HVAC systems. Knobs and physical buttons can be seen but discerning their functionality is impossible owing to the image quality limitations.
Another interesting observation comes in the form of the manual variant getting an electronic parking brake, while the automatic variant gets a standard handbrake. It could be possible that the test mule with the AMT was a lower-spec model, while the manual was a higher-spec variant. That would also explain the perforations in the seats, that could be part of a possible new ventilated seats function.

The new ventilated seats could be part of the list of new feature additions, which could also include a bigger touchscreen (confirmed), a 360-degree camera, and wireless phone charger. Features like a sunroof, automatic climate control, steering-mounted audio controls, cruise control, six airbags, and electronic stability control should be retained.
Numerous spy shots hint towards an XUV700-inspired front with a similar LED headlight setup. There are more details on the XUV300 facelift’s styling, which can be found in this story. But overall, you can expect a typical facelift-like treatment with styling changes to the front and rear, and possibly a new set of alloy wheels.
Mahindra isn’t likely to meddle with the XUV300’s current powertrain options, which include a 110PS 1.2-litre turbo-petrol, 130PS 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol, and a 117PS 1.5-litre diesel. A 6-speed manual will be offered as standard along with an optional 6-speed AMT for the 110PS turbo-petrol and 117PS diesel engines.

With all these changes and feature additions, prices for the Mahindra XUV300 facelift could see an increment over the current prices, which start from Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom). A reveal and launch is on the cards for 2024 and it’ll rekindle its rivalry with the Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Nissan Magnite, and the facelifted Tata Nexon.
