This year’s highly anticipated launch, the Triumph-Bajaj Roadster is all set to be unveiled tomorrow in London. The upcoming Roadster’s global debut will be followed by its India launch of July 5, 2023.
The Triumph-Bajaj Roadster and the Scrambler are the first two motorcycles that have spawned from the alliance between the Indian and British manufacturers. Spy shots of the duo have already revealed quite a bit about the motorcycles, including the tyres on the Roadster.
The Triumph-Bajaj bikes are expected to be powered by a 350cc-400cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder with a performance output of up to 35PS. Both the bikes are shod with premium hardware like USD fork, monoshock, as well as disc brakes at both ends. Furthermore, the instrument console is a semi-digital unit with an analogue tacho and a digital speedometer.
We expect the Triumph-Bajaj duo to be priced between Rs 2.50 lakh to Rs 2.80 lakh. At this price point, it will be going up against the Yezdi Roadster, Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and the Husqvarna Svartpilen 250.
