TVS Eurogrip has launched two new ranges of tyres aimed at the global market, at EICMA 2022 – the Roadhound range and the Climber XC range.
The Eurogrip Roadhound is a sport touring tyre and features dual compound technology. The company claims that this range offers excellent grip in both dry and wet conditions, along with improved handling. The Roadhound will be available from early 2023 with a size range covering both radial and crossply construction.
The Climber XC is targeted at off-road usage such as motocross, enduro and cross-country rallies. The company has stated that this range has been developed with inputs from motocross and enduro racing teams. To focus on durability, the Climber XC features a knobby layout and geometry, coupled with a symmetrical shape allowing for wheel reversibility.
In addition to these two new launches, TVS Eurogrip also showcased a range of tyres from its global catalogue, which includes the BEE family of tyres, their flagship zero-degree steel-belted radial Protorq Extreme and the newly launched E-Torq range of tyres for electric scooters.
We recently put the Protorq tyres through its paces on the track, and here’s our opinion about these tyres.
