With the BS6 phase II emission norms already underway, Volkswagen has hiked the prices of its cars in India. The carmaker had recently added new features to the Virtus and Taigun, and these updates have likely been factored into the hike as well, alongside the powertrain revisions needed for RDE compliance.
The Volkswagen Virtus sedan, Taigun compact SUV and Tiguan midsize SUV now get RDE-compliant powertrains and their prices are as follows.
