The Volkswagen (VW) Taigun compact SUV and Virtus sedan have got a minor feature rejig before receiving their price hikes in April. Both models now get features earlier offered in their high-end trims in low-end variants in the lineup, now.
In the Taigun, the carmaker has introduced auto headlamps with coming and leaving home function to the mid-spec Highline trim. It was previously relegated to the Topline trim. Plus, this feature has also been introduced in the GT trim with the 1.5-litre TSI engine. Recently, VW also introduced ventilated front seats in the flagship GT Plus trim of the compact SUV.
In contrast, the Virtus just gets one feature rejig. The rear fog lamps are now standard across the lineup.
