The last week of March was filled with excitement with new launches, spy shots, teasers and interesting updates from the Bangkok International Motor Show! If you missed all the action, here’s a quick recap of this week’s top bike news:
The upcoming Bajaj Pulsar N125 has been spied testing. The test bike featured the same styling and bodywork as the Bajaj Pulsar N150. Know more in our exclusive story here.
The Bajaj Pulsar N250 was spotted testing again with an inverted fork and a digital display. The updated bike may come with new colour schemes too.
Ather Energy is all set to launch the Rizta family scooter on April 6 at the Ather Community Day in Bengaluru. Pre-bookings for the Rizta have also started and you can book the electric scooter for just Rs 999.
Ather has also dropped a few new teasers for the Ather Stack 6 software update and the Halo smart helmet, both of which will be launched along with the Rizta on Ather Community Day.
Your next grocery order can be delivered by a new E-Luna. Kinetic Green has delivered 130 E-Luna to BigBasket in Pune. These E-Lunas will be added to BigBasket Pune’s delivery fleet.
Hero MotoCorp has launched the Pleasure Plus Xtec Sport. This new variant features a vibrant Abrax Orange Blue paint scheme and costs Rs 1,600 more than the standard Xtec variant. Check it out in our story here.
A heavily modified Yamaha R15 V4 was showcased at the 2024 Bangkok International Motor Show. The bike featured a unique pearlescent wrap along with other modifications including a Yoshimura exhaust, race-inspired winglets, adjustable levers, lever protectors and steering dampers.
Royal Enfield also marked its presence at the 2024 Bangkok International Motor Show. The Himalayan 450 made its Thailand debut and the manufacturer showcased all the bikes from its line-up except the Shotgun 650.
Suzuki has launched the V-Strom 800DE in India at an introductory price of Rs 10,30,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). It is an all-new bike, built on an all-new platform and replaces the V-strom 650XT. The ADV competes against the Honda XL750 Transalp, Triumph Tiger 900 and BMW F 850 GS, and undercuts all of them by huge margins.
