Bullet-dodging Neo is back in action in the latest chapter of Keanu Reeves-starring Matrix series: The Matrix Resurrections. Yezdi cashed in on the new movie’s social media hype by releasing a teaser video showing the Yezdi Roadking Scrambler’s silhouette in Matrix digital rain, along with the caption: There's another one waiting in line. Can you guess?

The Yezdi Roadking Scrambler was already spotted without camouflage in a production-ready form last month, and around the same time, the company also officially teased its resurrection on social media. Expect Yezdi to launch its first offering, the Roadking Scrambler, in January next year. The bike could be priced at around Rs 1.7 lakh-1.8 lakh ex-showroom, going up against the Honda CB350RS. Another premium scrambler-themed alternative would be the Husqvarna Svartpilen 250.
The Roadking Scrambler will borrow its heart from the standard Jawa, probably making the same output figures as the retro bike: 27.33PS and 27.02Nm. That said, we’d love it if Yezdi tunes the engine to suit its trail-friendly demeanour. The motorcycle also gets a raked out, gaitered front fork, slightly larger front spoke wheel and a smaller rear unit, both with block pattern tyres, and disc brakes at both ends.
The Roadking Scrambler’s launch will then be followed by the launch of the Yezdi Adventure bike, which was spotted undisguised at an ad shoot earlier this month. This motorcycle will go head-to-head with the Royal Enfield Himalayan.
