What Has Changed On The Outside?
The facelifted C5 Aircross gets significant upgrades over the pre-facelift version for a sharper and more premium look. Up front, the SUV gets redesigned LED headlights connected by a gloss black grille, a tweaked bumper and a silver-coloured skid plate.
The side profile remains the same save for the new alloy wheels and at the back, you get a tweaked LED taillight while the rest of the profile remains unchanged.
There’s A New Colour!
The facelifted C5 Aircross now gets an Eclipse Blue shade which replaces the pre-facelift’s Tijuca colour. The SUV can now be had in four monotone shades – Pearl White, Pearl Nera Black, Eclipse Blue and Cumulus Grey. Save for the black, all the other three shades can be had with a black roof as well at no extra cost.
Any Differences On The Inside?
The cabin of the facelifted C5 Aircross gets refreshments in form of a newly designed centre console and a free-standing (and bigger) 10-inch touchscreen. The AC vents have also been repositioned while smaller switches now replace the gear lever and the traction control knob.
More Features?
The C5 Aircross features full LED lighting, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an electric tailgate, a powered driver seat, three independent full-size rear seats, dual zone climate control, panoramic sunroof and rain-sensing wipers.
On the safety front, you get six airbags, ESP, hill start/descent control, traction control modes (Standard, Snow, All Terrain), blind spot information, front and rear parking sensors and parking assist.
Changes Under The Hood?
The 2022 C5 Aircross does not get any mechanical changes and continues to be powered by a 2-litre diesel engine delivering 177PS and 400Nm. The motor is paired with an eight-speed torque converter automatic and there are drive modes – Eco and Sport – to choose from too.
