Bajaj Auto has launched a new variant of the Pulsar NS125 in India, Pulsar NS125 LED BT ABS. It gets single-channel ABS, an LED headlight and a digital instrument cluster as standard. The bike is priced at Rs 1,06,739 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Design
The new Bajaj Pulsar NS125 ABS variant continues with the same design as the other variants of the NS125 and its elder siblings such as the NS200. It features the same wolf-inspired LED headlamp, a robust fuel tank, muscular body panels, and split-seat configuration which we have previously seen. The bike is available in four colour options: Black, Blue, Orange and Red.
Engine And Underpinnings
The Bajaj Pulsar NS125 is powered by a 124.45cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that makes 12PS at 8500rpm and 11Nm of torque at 7000rpm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The motorcycle gets a perimeter frame which is found on all Pulsar NS models. Suspension setup includes a telescopic fork and a preload adjustable monoshock. It gets a 240mm disc at the front and 130mm disc at the rear with single-channel ABS. The bike has a ground clearance of 179mm, seat height of 805mm, fuel tank capacity of 12 litres and a kerb weight of 144kg.
Features
The Bajaj Pulsar NS125 gets an LCD instrument cluster which supports smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth and displays call & SMS alerts. The LCD console has a pretty neat layout and is very simple to read while riding. The console displays speed, fuel levels, gear-position indicator, trip meters, odometer, Distance-To-Empty, and real-time fuel mileage, average fuel consumption and other tell-tale lights.
Rivals
The Bajaj Pulsar NS125 goes against the likes of TVS Raider 125 and the Hero Xtreme 125R in India.
ZigSays
The 2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS125 provides increased safety to the rider in the form of single-channel ABS. Even though the bike carries the same design for over a decade, the NS125 is still an exciting proposition for the performance it offers at its price point.
