Moreover, the F77 Mach 2 gets charge limit, park assist, find my F77 and Deep sleep/vacation mode as standard. However, high-tech features like Violette AI, geofencing/delta watch, lockdown, crash alerts and ride analytics are available as optional. Additionally, Ultraviolette also plans to bring more features in the future including hill hold assist, Tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), display themes, on-board navigation and more!

The Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 sits on an all-new trellis frame. It gets an inverted fork and a rear monoshock, both preload adjustable. Braking is managed by a 320mm front and a 230mm rear disc brake, with switchable dual-channel ABS. Equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels, it has 110-section front and 150-section rear tyres. With a ground clearance of 160mm, the F77 Mach 2 has an 800mm seat height. The standard variant has a kerb weight of 197kg whereas the Recon weighs 207kg.

Zig Says

With the Ultraviolette  F77 Mach 2 the Bengaluru-based EV maker has resolved the key shortcomings of the previous-generation bike and with the base variant’s introductory price, buying an F77 has become a lot more accessible now. That said, the fact that the cool tech and fancy features (many of which are essential for an EV) are optional add-ons, even on the top-end Recon variant, is a bit of a bummer.  Apart from that, Ultraviolette’s planned phase-wise expansion should help in garnering better sales, not to mention making premium electric bikes a bit more mainstream.
