Limited Edition TVS Scooty Pep+ Launched

Indian two-wheeler manufacturers have always fancied special editions or limited editions . The latest to join the bandwagon is Scooty Pep+ ‘Mudhal Kadhal’ (“First Love” in Tamil) Edition, available exclusively in Tamil Nadu, to celebrate the brand’s successful run in its home state. The launch, just in time for Pongal, is likely to garner more sales during the festival.

The limited edition Scooty Pep+ gets a unique two-tone paint job. That’s not all, the manufacturer has also added logos in Tamil, in an effort to express gratitude and woo the loyal customer base in the state. There are no mechanical updates to the scooter as it continues to be powered by the same 87.8cc, single-cylinder engine, generating a humble 5.4PS and 6.5Nm.

The model is priced at Rs 56,085 (ex-showroom, Chennai), which is Rs 1610 dearer than the standard variant. TVS has recently hiked the prices of every model across its lineup. You can read further details here.
