Keep An Eye Out For These Kia Cars At Auto Expo 2023

As we inch closer to the Auto Expo 2023, we now have a clearer picture of what all cars will be coming from the participating manufacturers. And joining this list is Kia, who has given us a fair idea of what to expect from the upcoming event. The Korean carmaker will be bringing a facelifted compact MPV, a premium MPV, and some of its hot international models. 

Facelifted Kia Seltos 

The Kia Seltos, which went on sale in India in 2019, is awaiting a major update for some time now. Come Auto Expo 2023, the carmaker is expected to reveal the facelifted SUV with sharper looks and even more features onboard. Next-gen Kia Carnival 

Even though we get the previous-gen Kia Carnival in India, the overseas market has already got the next-gen model that was revealed in 2020. Kia EV6 GT 

The standard variant of the EV6 already has enough poke to keep your speed demon satisfied. But there’s an even more powerful variant, the EV6 GT, that has supercar rivalling stats. Kia EV9 Concept 

Of course there will be an electric concept on display too - the EV9 full size SUV. It’s an upcoming three-row full size electric SUV that will go on sale soon internationally. This SUV will be based on the E-GMP platform that underlies the EV6 and boasts a range of around 480 kilometres with fast charging speeds up to 350kW. Know more about the EV9 in this report. 

Special Edition Kia Models 

Last but not least will be the special editions of the models on sale in India, that include the Seltos, Carens, and Sonet. You can expect them to be similar to the Anniversary editions of the Sonet and Seltos, but these expo showcases may or may not make it to the showrooms.

These are the Kia cars that are likely to be stealing the spotlight at the upcoming expo.
