More Luxurious Audi A6 Lifestyle Edition Launched

To take on the likes of BMW 5 Series, Mercedes-Benz E-Class and Jaguar XF, German luxury car manufacturer - Audi is set to bring the updated 2015 Audi A6 luxury sedan to India. The A6 facelift will be launched this week on August 20, 2015 and is expected to be priced between Rs 45-60 lakh. And like most of its competition, the 2015 Audi A6 facelift will come with a petrol and diesel engine options.
The biggest visible change on the 2015 Audi A6 is its new and highly detailed headlights, which comes with distinct twin lined fibre optic LED strips. Instead of the older projector lights, the facelift A6 will feature LED headlamps as standard. As an optional extra, buyers can also opt for the more expensive and exquisite Matrix head lamps.
At the back, the refreshed taillights also get the split LED design, while a sleek strip of chrome on the edge of the bootlid, further accentuates the width of the luxurious new Audi.
The interior also gets an upgrade with the use of new materials and fine trim options. A faster processor makes 2015 Audi A6’s MMI touch interface more intuitive and faster than before. Higher variants will also sport a large 8-inch display and a new navigation system.
Indian buyers will get an option to pick either a 2.0-litre diesel or petrol motors, both of which come mated to a dual clutch automatic 7-speed gearbox. And like before, Audi’s all-wheel-drive quattro system will be offered as standard across all its variants. The new Audi A6 facelift would carry a price tag ranging between Rs 45-60 lakh, depending on the variant and feature you pick.
