2016 Toyota Fortuner front fascia revealed

The 2016 Toyota Fortuner has been caught testing by Headlight magazine revealing the front fascia design of the upcoming SUV. From the image, it is clear that the 2016 Toyota Fortuner will feature a slimmer and sleeker headlamp than the existing model. The grille design has also been revised with bolder chrome finished twin slat. The bumper has been restyled with a large chrome finished fog lamp housing while the scoop on the bonnet has been removed. It is expected that Toyota would employ a ladder frame chassis on the next generation Fortuner to make it lighter, stiffer and better handling than its predecessor. 

The 2016 Toyota Fortuner will make its debut in the Southeast Asian markets by end of 2015 itself. It is speculated that the next generation Toyota Fortuner will make its India debut at the 2016 Auto Expo in Delhi. The 2016 Toyota Fortuner will rival the likes of the Hyundai Santa Fe, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport and the new Ford Endavour in the SUV segment. The 2016 Toyota Fortuner is expected to carry a sticker price of around Rs 22 to 25 lakh in the Indian four-wheeler market.
