The new Gixxer and Access 125 get BS-IV compliant engines, AHO (Always Headlamps On), and new colours options
2017 Suzuki Gixxer Launched

The Suzuki Gixxer 155 and Access 125 have been the bestselling Suzuki products in India ever since they were launched. Now, to keep up with the government norms, the Japanese bikemaker has launched BS-IV variants of these two vehicles.

The Gixxer will be available with rear disc brake in three colour options – Pearl Mira Red and Glass Sparkle Black, Metallic Triton Blue and Glass Sparkle Black, and Glass Sparkle Black. The Glass Sparkle Black Gixxerwill also be available with a rear drum brake option. The Suzuki Gixxer SF will be available in new graphics inspired from Suzuki’s logo for all the variants –Metallic Triton Blue, Glass Sparkle Black and Metallic Sparkle Black and Pearl Mira Red. Along with Metallic Triton Blue, the Gixxer SF FI will now be available in Glass Sparkle Black with Metallic Matt Black colours.

2017 Suzuki Access 125 Launched


The 2017 Access 125 gets an addition of Metallic Sonic Silver colour in addition to the existing colour lineup – Pearl Suzuki Deep Blue, Candy Sonoma Red, Metallic Fibroin Grey, Glass Sparkle Black and Pearl Mirage White.

Commenting on the new colour offerings, Mr. Satoshi Uchida, Managing Director, SMIPL, said “Since their launch, the Gixxers and the New Access 125 have gained immense popularity in the their segments. In order to provide our customers with environment friendly technology in line with the latest regulations, these vehicles now comply with BS-IV and also feature AHO. We are also refreshing this range with new colour& graphic variants. For the New Access, the Metallic Sonic Silver is aimed at the fashion conscious customers who are looking for more options in terms of modern styling. The Gixxer and Gixxer SF 2017 variants will appeal to the young rider who wants to make a style statement on their mean machines. We are confident that these new colours will find universal appeal and further propel our growth in their respective segments.”

2017 Suzuki Gixxer Launched

The rear disc variant of the Gixxer costs Rs. 80,528 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and the drum brake variant costs Rs. 77,452 (ex-showroom, Delhi) while the new Gixxer SF costs Rs. 89,659 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and the Gixxer SF Fi costs Rs. 93,499 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Metallic Sonic Silver variant of the Access is available at Rs. 54,302 (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the drum brake version and Rs. 57,615 (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the disc brake version.
