Honda has sent us a 'Block Your Date' invite for August 8, 2022. Is it for the Forza 350 India launch? Find the answers in our story here.

Honda has introduced the 2021 Honda Forza 350 in Thailand at THB 175,500 for the standard variant (almost Rs 3.88 lakh in India) and THB 177,500 (about Rs 3.92 lakh) for the Roadsync variant. Honda's Roadsync technology gives you access to smart features like the Honda Smartphone Voice Control System (HSVCS). With this, you can answer calls and messages, use navigation, and listen to music on the go.

Other updates include a smart twin-pod analogue instrument console with a digital inset positioned in between. You can breeze through the numerous options using the function keys on the left switchgear.

The powertrain remains the same. It uses a 329.6cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, presumably with the same power and torque figures as the UK spec version -- 29.2PS and 31.5Nm. Traction control system and dual-channel ABS are offered as standard with both variants.

The hardware comprises a telescopic front fork, twin rear shock absorbers, disc brakes on both ends, and 15-inch front and 14-inch rear alloy wheels. Expect the scooter to be stable, thanks to its chunky 120-section front and 140-section rear tubeless tyres.

The rest of the scooter is pretty much the same. You get a tall electronically adjustable windscreen, an underseat storage big enough to accommodate two helmets, all-LED lighting, keyless ignition, and a USB charger integrated into the apron-mounted glove box.

You can choose between two colours for the Roadsync variant: black and grey-black with gold wheels. The standard variant gets four colour options: black, grey-black, red-black, and blue-black.

The updated Forza is unlikely to make it to India anytime soon. However, if there’s enough demand, Honda could bring it here via the CBU route. Alternatively, you can check out the upcoming BMW C 400 GT, a properly premium maxi scooter likely to be launched in India soon. The scooter has already been teased on social media in the country.
