Kia Motors India has launched the refreshed 2021 Seltos at Rs 9.95 lakh (ex-showroom). As a part of its model year update, the Seltos now boasts of the updated logo, new features, and a clutch pedal-less manual transmission (iMT) in the mid-spec HTK+ 1.5-litre petrol variant.
There’s a rejig on the variants front too. The limited ‘Anniversary Edition’ model and HTX+ diesel-AT variant have been discontinued. In the GT Line trim, the new GTX (O) variant replaces the GTX as the new base variant.
Select features from the higher variants have been introduced lower down in the lineup. These updates have naturally affected the pricing making the Seltos dearer by up to Rs 20,000. Here are the revised prices:

Kia has also taken this opportunity to introduce the clutchless manual (iMT) gearbox in the Seltos, which is a first in the segment. It’s offered with the Seltos’ 115PS 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and is limited to the mid-spec HTK+ variant. It’s also the first time this gearbox is being coupled with a naturally aspirated petrol engine.
Save for the addition of the optional iMT, specifications of the Seltos remain unchanged.
