Ford’s rugged behemoth on four wheels, the Endeavour, is getting an update for 2019.

Starting at the front, Ford has replaced the old grille with a newer three-slat design.

It also gets new fog lamp surrounds along with a new silver element for the lower half of the front bumper.
The headlamps have been tweaked as well and now come with longer LED DRLs.
Apart from these, there aren't any major changes up front and the Endeavour's muscular design has been carried on the facelift as is.
The side profile is pretty similar to the outgoing model, albiet for the all new diamond-cut alloys.
The new 18-inch alloys get the same 265/60 section tyres as before.
Move to the rear and you'll notice that it is nearly identical to the old Endeavour.
However, step inside and you'll see the upgraded interiors of the 2019 Endeavour.
While the basic layout of the dashboard remains similar, the upholstery has been changed.
The biggest addition here though is the new engine start/stop button, which was missing earlier.
The gear lever also gets a bit of chrome treatment now.
Mechanically, the 2019 Endeavour continues to be powered by the same 2.2-litre 4-cylinder and 3.2-litre 5-cylinder diesel engines mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
However, Ford will offer the 2.2-litre variant with an optional 6-speed manual gearbox as well.
While the 2.2-litre unit produces 160PS of power and 385Nm of peak torque, the 3.2-litre unit churns out 200PS and 470Nm.
Ford will launch the 2019 Endeavour on February 22. Expect it to be priced around Rs 26.83 lakh to Rs 33.40 lakh (ex-showroom). Stay tuned to ZigWheels for the complete review and more details soon.
