The auto industry continues to adopt digital platforms for customer interaction amid the coronavirus pandemic. Audi India is one such carmaker that has taken the next step in its digital journey with the launch of the updated myAudi Connect App for customers. It gets a host of updates including features that cater to potential customers and Audi enthusiasts.

Some of the updates include login for Audi Club India. An exclusive owners’ club, its members get access to private Audi events, a community newsfeed, and updates on news modules. Other updates include online payment options to dealerships, booking event passes, Audi merchandise as well as after-sales and other Audi Car Life products.
The myAudi Connect app also gives potential customers access to augmented reality, detailed model brochures, product configurators, latest news and launch updates. It also offers online service and test drive bookings as well as in-app payments.
Key features from the earlier iteration such as driver behaviour analysis, roadside assistance, geolocation, as well as vehicle health and service history have been retained. Expect more carmakers to introduce such features to enhance their online platforms in keeping with the specific requirements that have come up during the pandemic.
