We are yet to see the standard Battista on the road, but that hasn't stopped Pininfarina from going ahead and introducing a special edition of the hypercar, called the Battista Anniversario. It celebrates 90 years since Battista ‘Pinin’ Farina created the legendary Pininfarina brand. Named in honor of the company’s founder, the special edition Battista gets a variety of cosmetic updates to differentiate it from the standard model.
On the outside, the Battista Anniversario is finished in a combination of Bianco Sestriere White, Grigio Antonelliano Gray and Iconica Blu. It also gets revised aerodynamic bits such as aero fins and a bespoke rear wing. It comes with the Furiosa package that features carbon fibre accents around the exterior as standard. However, the Anniversario gets a two-tone combination of exposed signature carbon and carbon tinted in Iconica Blu with pinstripes in Bianco Sestriere.
Other changes include a bigger set of wheels at 21-inches, but they make the car 10kg lighter since they are centre lock forged aluminium wheels. Interiors receive cosmetic changes in the form of seats crafted with black leather and Alcantara as well as Anniversario plaques on the chassis, headlight engraving, fenders, and door plates.

Under the hood, the Battista Anniversario remains unchanged from the standard hypercar. It is powered by four electric motors generating a combined total of 1900PS and 2300 Nm. This gives the hypercar a 0-100kmph sprint time of less than 2 seconds and a top speed of 350kmph. Its electric motor is juiced up by a 120kWh battery pack to give a range of 500km.
The Pininfarina Battista Anniversario will be an exclusive car as only 5 units will be built, with each costing 2.6 million euros (Rs 21.16 crore). These five cars will include the 150 unit production limit of the Battista. Production and deliveries are expected to commence by the end of this year.
