India’s leading used supercar dealer, Big Boy Toyz or BBT, is aiming to grow by Rs 1000 crore in the next three years. The company plans to achieve this feat with its recently inaugurated four-storey showroom being its key unit. This facility is situated on Hero Chowk, Gurgaon (Haryana), and people who often drive to Delhi will know this popular landmark.
Speaking of the showroom, its 36,000 sq ft of floor area can accommodate as much as 100 cars, and also boasts a restaurant and a luxury suite for BBT's pan-India clients. The facility is also the largest in the country.
Jatin Ahuja, president BBT said “This showroom has been my childhood dream and I am equally thrilled as I am excited to bring to you this state-of-the-art ultra-luxury exotic car showroom. I am confident that with the commitment towards quality and customer service, we shall surely achieve our target of retailing 2 cars a day soon."
The booming Indian luxury car market has resulted in an annual growth of over 40 percent for BBT, pushing their annual turnover to Rs 150-200 crore. The current inventory of the firm stands close to 50 cars (with an average price of Rs 1.25 crore) and they plan to increase it to 110 cars by the end of the year.
As explained by BBT, the secret of their success lies in their tremendous customer support, which they have developed by offering exceptional services. Each car at BBT is reportedly validated for its quality at 151 checkpoints. Moreover, the cars are not older than 2012, has less than 25,000 km on the odo, and are made sure to be non-accidental and non-refurbished.
To further ensure peace of mind, BBT is now giving a 15,000 km warranty along with a one-year buy-back agreement. BBT sells 75 cars in a month, on an average, with the most sought-after cars being Mercs, Bimmers, and Audis.
