Lovers of the Maruti Suzuki XL6 now have more reasons to rejoice. Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is going to be available on the website to offer an interactive experience and will ultimately help you book a test drive of the XL6. The campaign is called 'Ranveer Calling' and will be available on the official Nexa Experience website for the XL6.
The move is a demonstration of the user-centric approach that Maruti is known for. ‘Ranveer Calling’ will allow prospective buyers to interact with the actor, who will tell them all there is to know about the MPV. Maruti seems to pulling all stops to push sales for the MPV with the festive season approaching.
When you get on the website, Ranveer can be found sleeping in the back seat of an XL6. You can click on 'Wake Me Up', and he will awaken and ask you for a few details. Then you can talk to him about the car with the prompted messages. At the end of the call, Ranveer will connect you to the nearest Nexa showroom to schedule an 'Experiential Drive' of the XL6.
Maruti’s XL6 is offered with a BS6-compliant, 1.5-litre petrol engine which makes 105PS of power and 138Nm of torque. It also gets SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) mild-hybrid technology for improved fuel efficiency as well. The premium MPV is based on the Ertiga, albeit with subtle changes like a revised front fascia and a six-seat configuration, while the body cladding on the outside lends it a tough look.
Features like these have turned the Ertiga-based MPV into an aspirational vehicle, and Maruti states that a positive response from customers encouraged it to come up with the unique user experience called ‘Ranveer Calling’.
