Ducati has shared a teaser image of its upcoming bikes on its social media handles. No, it’s not the insane Superleggera V4. In fact, we are getting two more variants of the Scrambler 1100, likely to be called the Scrambler 1100 Pro and Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro. Ducati already has several variants of the Scrambler 800 and we believe the Italian manufacturer is trying to replicate the same strategy with the 1100cc model as well.

Although Ducati hasn’t released any proper images of the two variants, expect key cosmetic differences between the Pro and Sport Pro.  According to a report, the new variants of the Scrambler 1100 are likely to be powered by a Euro 5/BS6-compliant motor. The updated motor makes 85PS, which is 1.5PS less than before. We expect other variants of the Scrambler 1100 range to be powered by this updated motor soon.

The teaser images of the upcoming Sport Pro model suggests that it will come with premium Ohlins suspension setup. The Pro variant will come equipped with a Marzocchi fork at the front and a Kayaba monoshock at the rear. Additionally, Ducati has also fitted a new exhaust on the new variants.

If these two new variants are Euro 5/BS6-compliant, then it is highly likely that the Italian bike maker will bring these variants to our shores as well. However, there’s no confirmation from Ducati India about this yet. But what is Ducati planning to bring to our shores this year? Head here to know.
