Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce revealed

Lamborghini has uncaged its beast – the Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce (SV) at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The Italian carmaker claims that the new Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce is the fastest production Lamborghini ever built.

The Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce comes draped in Rosso Bia paint scheme and has lost 50kg. The car now weighs at 1,525kg, thanks to the extensive use of carbon fibre. To keep the kerb weight of the car low the sports bucket seats and door panels are made up of carbon fibre, while its interior does away with an infotainment system (available as no cost option), carpet and noise insulation. There are also carbon elements on the outside, including a new wing and air splitters.

This new SV model comes equipped with a 6.5-litre, naturally aspirated V12 engine, churning out 750PS of power and a whopping 690Nm of torque. Lamborghini claims that the car sprints from 0-100kmph in just 2.8 seconds before hitting a top-speed of 350kmph.

It rides on 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels, with  tread and carbon ceramic brakes as standard. The new SV sports ‘Magneto Rheological’ suspension system, which the brand says offers immediate response to road conditions and driving style, and also counters hard braking.

This new car also receives an electromechanical steering system known as Lamborghini Dynamic Steering, which ensures greater stability at high speed, while making it easier to manoeuvre at low speed.

The new Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce is priced at Rs 2.26 crore and will go on sale in the international market later this year.
