With Auto Expo 2020 just around the corner, Great Wall Motors is gearing up to debut in India by showcasing up to 13 cars including Haval SUVs and Ora EVs. Meanwhile, two Haval SUVs, the F5 and F7, have been spied in India ahead of the expo. Here’s more about the two SUVs.

The first SUV in the spy shots is the Haval F5 compact SUV in orange body shade. It debuted in Chinese markets back in 2018 alongside the F7. It is based on the same platform as the Haval H6 and the WEY VV5. It features voice recognition, lane departure warning (LDW), and blind-spot monitoring system. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol mill that delivers 169PS of power paired to a 7-speed DCT gearbox.

The other SUV spotted in red is the F7 SUV. Being 35mm shorter, 11mm wider, and 70mm shorter in height than the MG Hector, and larger than the Kia Seltos overall, it is likely to be a mid-size SUV in India. It features forward collision warning, autonomous emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control. The F7 is powered by two turbocharged petrol engines. The 2.0-litre unit produces 224PS and 385Nm of torque, whereas the 1.5-litre unit is good for 168PS and 285Nm.
