The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, is not just about new launches but also celebrates the art of vehicle customization. Among the standout showcases at the event, Reddy Customs and DC2 Designs by Dilip Chhabria unveiled four modified vehicles with impressive personalizations. Here’s a detailed look at all of these modified cars showcased at the pavilions:
The DC2 e-TANQ is a futuristic all-electric off-roader developed in-house by DC2 in collaboration with Mercury EV-Tech Ltd. Designed as a commercial vehicle, it features a rugged and bold design powered by a 180 kWh battery capable of delivering an impressive 650 PS.
The Camper Home, with prices starting from Rs 30 lakh (ex-showroom), is designed by Reddy Customs for adventure lovers. It comes equipped with a fully functional kitchenette, foldable tables, and an outdoor balcony for scenic dining experiences. The rooftop seating area and side ladder provide the perfect spots for sunbathing or stargazing. With trailer capabilities, the Camper Home ensures flexibility for extended travel and camping adventures.
The DC2 Europa is a luxurious showroom car designed in partnership with Goldmedal Electricals, priced at Rs 18 crore. Built on a high-performance Mercedes G-Wagon, it comes with a unique wide-body kit and extensive performance upgrades. It offers a redesigned interior that combines premium materials and advanced features. It is equipped with larger wheels, high-performance brakes, and a custom exhaust system.
The customized Mercedes-Benz V-Class from Reddy Customs gets customised features like fully motorized intelligent seats offering massage, ventilation, profile memory, and 180-degree rotation. It features a carbon fiber floor, ambient lighting, multi-entertainment systems, and a rear sofa that converts into a near-flat bed with a recline angle of 150 to 160 degrees. The lighting setup includes direct, indirect, RGB, and flow lights, which are 90 per cent dimmable, creating the perfect ambiance for every mood.
The custom Mercedes G-Wagon from Reddy Customs at the Expo featured a wide-body kit with bolt-on panels. The vehicle has been upgraded with larger wheels, a custom exhaust, and high-performance brakes for better control and thrilling performance on all terrains. Inside, the cabin has been reimagined with premium materials and advanced features, offering a sophisticated driving experience. Upgraded lighting systems and meticulous attention to detail add to its commanding road presence. This G-Wagon is designed for enthusiasts who demand performance and luxury.
Priced at Rs 15.99 lakh, the Force Urbania Motorhome is another offering from Reddy Customs which comes with four powered captain seats, yacht-inspired wooden flooring, a fully equipped washroom, a pantry, a mini-bar, and a gaming console for onboard entertainment. It also features hydraulic extendable tents and soft windows, which create additional sleeping areas with a 6x4 bed. A motorized awning, advanced air circulation system, and a partitioned driver’s cabin add to its functionality.
The Kia Carnival Hi-Limousine isn’t technically a modified car but rather a variant of the premium MPV already sold in international markets. However, we kept it in this list due to its standout custom-like interior features that elevate it above the standard model. This four-seater, hi-roof model is designed to offer lounge-like luxury with amenities such as a roof-mounted smart monitor, wireless phone charger, foot massager, air purifier, and more. Its India launch hasn’t been confirmed by Kia while the standard Carnival is on sale in a single Limousine variant.
In addition to these standout vehicles, DC2 showcased other exciting models, including the Vellfire Quad Luxe, a transformed Toyota Vellfire, the Lex Lounge, a bespoke lounge concept, and the e-Rover, a futuristic off-road vehicle.
The Auto Expo 2025 provided a platform for showcasing some of the best-modified vehicles, with DC2 Designs and Reddy Customs delivering exceptional creations. Which of these modified vehicles impressed you the most? Let us know in the comments below.
