Speaking to Honda officials, the need for a sunroof on the Civic was actually the result of customer feedback. Many Civic customers stated that the one thing the wished their Civic had along with all the other features was a sunroof. Incidentally the addition of the sunroof does change the interior feel of the car for it gives a panoramic and more airy feeling to the compartment. It's a feature that enhances the style quotient of the Civic.
Customers can opt for the sunroof on either the automatic or manual version of the Civic and Honda has taken the liberty to price these new variants rather aggressively at Rs. 13.53 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the MT and Rs.14.27 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the AT variant.
The Civic continues to be powered by the unparalleled 1.8 liter i-VTEC engine and comes fully loaded with safety features such as ABS, EBD, Dual airbags and G-CON (G-Force Control Technology).
